   Employers are solely responsible for the content of their job postings. TalentFueled does not guarantee job availability or placement. Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles and resumes.

   TalentFueled may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Gmail) to facilitate communication and job placement. You authorize us to access and use your information strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

    TalentFueled makes no guarantees regarding job placements, candidate performance, or platform uptime. Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

13. Indemnification
