If you grant us access to your Google account (e.g., Gmail, Calendar), we only use this data for the following purposes:
- Email Access: To track recruiting activity between agencies and partner organizations. We only read metadata (to/from, subject, timestamps) and do not access email content unless explicitly permitted.
- Calendar Access: To monitor scheduled meetings between recruiters and their partners and support activity tracking.
We do not use your Google Drive, Docs, or other Google services.
We do not transfer Google user data to third parties, except as necessary for the services described below.

- Match candidates with employers based on job requirements and platform expertise.

- Cloud Services: AWS and Google Cloud for secure data processing and storage.
- Analytics Tools: Google Analytics, LinkedIn Pixels, and RB2B marketing pixels for understanding usage trends and marketing performance.
We do not sell your data or share identifiable personal information without your consent.

- Access to your personal data.
