TalentFueled was founded by Alex Buckles and Judd Borakove after years of working closely with founders, executives, and investors during critical growth stages.

Across different industries and company sizes, they observed the same pattern. When companies struggled to scale or execute, the issue was often not strategy. It was having the wrong profile in roles that carried significant operational responsibility.

Alex Buckles

Co-Founder

Alex Buckles

Alex Buckles has spent his career helping technology companies build stronger commercial systems and activate partnerships that contribute to measurable revenue outcomes.

He is the founder of Forecastable, a firm that helps B2B SaaS companies operationalize ecosystem driven growth strategies. Through this work he has worked closely with executive teams, private equity firms, and growth stage companies to turn partner relationships into repeatable pipeline and revenue opportunities.

Working inside these environments gave Alex a unique view into how partner programs succeed or stall. In many cases the difference came down to the operating habits of the people responsible for activating those relationships.

He frequently saw organizations hire traditional partner managers whose strengths were relationship management, even though leadership expected those roles to contribute to pipeline and revenue. That gap between expectation and execution became one of the catalysts behind the TalentFueled approach to partnership hiring.

Earlier in his career Alex held leadership roles across enterprise technology and ecosystem driven sales environments. Those experiences shaped his belief that partnerships produce stronger results when they are staffed by professionals who operate with the discipline and accountability of strong sales organizations.

Judd Borakove has spent more than two decades helping founders, executive teams, and investors diagnose revenue bottlenecks and build commercial systems that scale.

His work focuses on organizations that have achieved early traction but need operational clarity to accelerate growth, expand into new markets, or prepare for significant capital events.

Throughout his career Judd has led go to market transformations across B2B technology, infrastructure, industrial, and high growth services businesses. He often works alongside leadership teams as a fractional CRO or strategic advisor during critical inflection points when companies need stronger alignment between marketing, sales, and customer success.

Earlier in his career Judd founded and scaled several ventures in the fitness and wellness industry. One of those ventures evolved into a consulting practice that helped wellness founders turn their expertise into sustainable businesses.

Through that work he coached a diverse group of high performers including professional athletes, Navy SEAL commanders, and Fortune level executives. These experiences shaped his deep interest in performance psychology and gave him a unique perspective on how elite performers think, train, and make decisions under pressure.

Today Judd applies those same performance principles to organizations, helping leadership teams build the clarity, discipline, and execution rhythm required for durable growth.

Outside of business Judd is an avid off road motorcycle rider and lifelong student of performance psychology.
